I am 5"4 123lbs my goal weight was 130lbs but ive reached that going for 115lbs im just slowly starting to fit size 0 they are only a small bit snug my size range in jeans is 0-30

Thighs: 36 and they are probably not getting any smaller cos theres not much but muscle there.

I am 5 feet four and I am at 157 lbs. I would like to get to 145 but it seems to be elusive. I have been doing fitbit since April of 2013 and have lost only 5.9 lbs. I have been exercising and watching my food and have lost little lbs.0

I'm 5'3", 27 years old, currently 125lbs and a size 6. I'm hoping to lose 5-10 more lbs, but mostly I am trying to focus on body fat and building some muscle.
According to one of those handheld body fat monitors, I'm at about 23.3% body fat. I would like to get down to 20% and then reassess.
I guess as a goal, I'll roughly set 117lbs and 17% bf. I like the number seventeen.0 -

I am 5 ft 2.5 inches and 49 years old. Presently I am 119.5lbs. which is only 3.5 pounds less than what I was when I was 8 months pregnant with TWINS! (20 years ago) Needless to say I was VERY skinny before I became pregnant.

I am 5'3" and 115 lbs. Measurements are 36 - 24.5 - 35. I don't have goal measurements because I'm not toning (just cardio) and I'm quite aware I can't spot reduce. I don't even really have a set goal weight. I'm not going to go under 105lbs. I do sort of like where I am now, but I'm going to keep on the losing track and see if I feel happier at 110 or some other weight. If I'm less satisfied with my body when I lose more weight, I'll gain to come back to 115 and then switch to maintenence.0
