    Raw in a protein shake.

    Raw egg white is bad for you if eaten frequently over the long term--depletes your body's supply of a specific B vitamin. But no worries about eating raw egg yolk--that's the most nourishing way to eat egg yolks (and there is a LOT of powerful nutrition in egg yolks). So I often eat my eggs "sunny-side up" with the yolks runny. :smile:

    raw egg whites cause a biotin deficiency.
    eta : deviled eggs are my favorite. :)

    mmm eggs... i love eggs.. fried, scrambled, soft boiled, hard boiled, poached, in an omelette, in pancakes, in oats.. fudging love eggs...

    Fried over-easy and then placed over an open faced sandwich with a slice of Italian bread, bacon and arugula. Then topped with a pinch of salt and pepper and a small sprinkle of parm cheese. Yum...makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
