how much do tdee calculator expects you to burn

a quick question, how much does a tdee calculator expect you to burn for each level, i.e. 3x a week or 1-3 hours could it be 100-300 calorie burn each time, 3-5 hours or 4 days 400-500 calories, or 5x a week or 5-6 hrs a week 500 calorie burn or more. I'm confuse by this for the last 4 weeks my weight has not change I was working out 6 days a week doing cardio inferno and 30 day shred together in a day 3 times a week and 6 weeks 6pack and no more trouble zone 3x times a week and yoga on my rest day, eating an average 1830 a day less on my rest day, I was using mfp method. I'm allow 1270 calories for one pound a week weight loss, so I've been trying to net no more that 1200 net per day but as my bmr is 1429, Im wondering if this is going against me. I have just started doing pc fitness again, which is an hour workout 30 minutes of cardio with things like frog leaps which really leave you out of breath after the wor oust and 30 minutes of weights depending on what I'm doing that day, upper body, cardio(1hr) lower body and core as well as flexibility, as you put in your height and weight and age in the program it gives you your calorie burn at the end of each workout. I will be doing this with killer buns and thighs which is 42 minutes. so I will be working out for 1hr 42 minutes 6 days a week I will not count my 30 minutes of yoga as it doesn't really burn that many calories, I want to get it right this time, how much should I be eating. if I put mfp on very active to lose 1lb a week it only give me 1700 calories which doesn't seem like enough to eat I'm still hungry doing this. I'm 37 female 5'4 and 167lb hoping to get to 145. On iifym the amount they give me for 5 days intense is 30 calories more that what mfp gives me for very active, but I do 6 days a week intense. On Scooby 5-6 hours give me 1960 but 7+ hours give me over 2000 calories, please help I got my calorie burn for the Jillian Michaels workouts from her website which gives you less of a burn for her workouts than say fitclick does. I have upped the weights I use for my new workouts from 1kg to 1.5k, boy can I feel it today. so should I net my bmr at least since I'm so active workout wise, I change up my workouts every 4 weeks so my body doesn't get use to it. I'm sedentary apart from my workouts. Please help

your best bet would be to set it to sedentary and log all your exercise manually and eat back half of the calories.0

^ This is an option, and is what MFP does, or try one activity level and if the results are not what you expected, adjust cals up or down from there.0 -
And this is exactly why I don't use online calculators for my TDEE.
I use my personal Data and this calculation (keep in mind you have to be certian of your intake by using a scale as much as possible)
(Total calories in+(3500 x lbs lost))/#days
So for me it was
29,642 + (3500 x 3.5)/21=19950 -

Thank you for the replies I did set mfp to sedentary and try to leave at least a 100 calories leftover, I was under last week by 600 calories. doing this hasn't work for me for the last month some days I was under by more calories some day less. when I did tea bo I put down 35 minutes instead of 42 cause billy talked so much even though I still jog in place when he waffled on.0

OP, the activity level on MFP doesn't include exercise. It is based on your day to day activites, such as work, sleep, showers, cleaning.. etc..
TDEE really isn't an exact science, it will be just an estimate. But I base mine off how I feel I worked out that week. When I was training for my first half marathon, I knew I was in the moderately active range. During the recovery, where I knew I wasn't exercising much I dropped down to lightly active. Now I average it out, because I am not training as hard as I was for my HM but I am not working out as light as during my recovery week. You can do that too, if you aren't for sure where you fall. Just average lightly active and moderate together.
From there you subtract however many % you are doing, 10/15/20 etc... The thing with TDEE is it is acutally more dependant on the week, so if your weekly average is your TDEE-% then that is all that matters. It is okay if you go over one day and then under the next, as long as it evens out for the most part. If you do the TDEE, you should have your MFP set to lightly active, but manually inputing how many calories you need. Since exercise is already accounted for in TDEE, you shouldn't have to worry about how many calories you burn per exercise as long a you are consistant with the efforts you give.0 -

This. It's easy to set up a spreadsheet, and I like having my own personal data. It makes more sense to me. You just have to be willing to wait it out over the month so you have enough data - including all your monthly fluctuations - to give you the right number.0 -

I just made a spreadsheet with the information. It looks like I should have 1667 calories. I calculated for 25 days. I averaged 1247. I guess I can eat a little bit more.0

OP, one way to find out is look at the difference in cals from sedentary to the other activity levels. That may not be exact, unless you are sedentary other than working out.0

Does that mean I should now eat 1440(lightly active) plus exercise calculators, or just 1440 regardless of the calorie burn for my 1hrs and 42 minutes of exercise, because my burns for the days I exercise will be anywhere from 600-899 depending on whether its upper body, lower body, cardio and weighloss mode on p.c, on .0

I would say if you are set as light active to eat half of them back.0
