Newbie

Hi everyone, just introducing myself as this is my first day on the site. I have been gaining about half a stone a year for the last 5 or so years whilst trying to diet so something has been going very wrong! I've stumbled across this site and it seems very good, friendly and informative so here goes....

By the way, is there a way of adding your pedometer steps as exercise?
