Hi looking for friends. Just started. 6'4 209 lbs formerly 235 lbs. Working towards 185 lbs. Quit smoking two years ago. Started eating a not so healthy diet, burgers, pizza, soda, etc. After a recent trip to the doctor, found out bad cholesterol was high and good cholesterol was low, glucose was high, and I didn't want to take any medications. So the answer was diet and exercise. Trying to incorporate a diet with lots of fruits and vegetables. Lots of juices. High nutrition but low calories. Doing lots of biking, walking, and some cardio and weight training. Using another app called endomondo that ties into my fitness pal. Looking for friends to compare notes, nutrition info, recipes, etc. :smile:
