Ever have days?

Where you're really feeling fit and thin but then you decide to step on the scale and it says much differently? Unfortunately that ruins my day. I know it's just a number. Just wanted to know if I was the only one that this ever happens to.

Don't let the number on the scale tell you how you are feeling. But yes, you are not the only person to go through that. Back when I was floating right around 200 lbs I would fear that one day I'd be under 200 then the next time I I'd weigh myself I'd be over 200.

But, a number is just a number. You can move on from it.

yes! the scale pissed me off this weekend (I only weigh myself Saturday mornings). I exercised 5 days and was at or under my calorie goal all week. My deficiency for the week was -4500 calories, so I should have lost at least 1 pound, right? Umm...wrong I had some how gained 4 lbs! :grumble:
  • It's so frustrating that a silly little number means so much!

Try not to weigh yourself too often, as long as you're eating right and doing regular exercise you will feel the difference in your body, a number is just a number and it wont change who you are so don't let it get you down.
