Lots of good ideas in this thread!!

For a recent bachelorette party I made a Greek layered dip that was very popular. You could do it in a 9 X 13 but I used a 9 X 9 for the smallish gathering:

    prepared hummus
cucumbers, sliced thin & then chopped
    red bell pepper, chopped
    red onion, diced
    black olives
    feta crumbles

The Pinterest pin I got it from included lots of fresh dill but I didn't because I am not crazy about dill.

I served it with warm pita triangles because I hate pita chips
That sounds terrific... a layer of thick Greek yoghurt (possibly flavoured with spices) would also be good in this dip!

    Ham roll-up.

Take a rectangular slice of ham, lightly spread (soft) fat free cream cheese directly on the ham, roll up around a dill pickle spear. Cut to any desired length or leave whole.

THIS!!! Love this with the pickled asparagus spears inside, too!

these spicy meatballs are delicious. i make my own meatballs and usually sub a reduced sugar rasberry jam for the apple jam because i can't get apple jam this part of the country.

    Ingredients:

3 to 4 dozen small meatballs, such as 2 packages Aidell's Chicken & Turkey Chipotle Meatballs
1 jar (12 ounces) apple jelly
    1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
2 poblano chile peppers, coarsely chopped, or Anaheim peppers
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    dash garlic powder
    1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon chipotle chile powder, optional
1/2 teaspoon ancho chile powder, optional

    Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a 3 to 5-quart slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours. Makes 3 to 4 dozen meatball appetizers, or serve with rice for a family meal. This recipe can easily be doubled for a bigger crowd.

Not sure if you are looking to bring something super healthy or not, but these are a few things that tend to go over well at parties....at least with my friends/family:

    Stuffed Mushrooms
    Buffalo Chicken Dip
    Texas Trash Dip
Not sure on the name....but water chestnuts wrapped in bacon with a brown sugar sauce
    Veggie Tray
Asian spring rolls - the kind you wrap in rice paper
These are amazing and are always gone within an hour!! Ham and Cheese Sliders --> http://beyerbeware.net/2011/04/hunk-of-meat-monday-game-time-favorites.html
