Hey all,
Just looking for some like minded individuals who are doing some of the same things I am to have discussions with and to provide motivation/accountability to one another. If you are currently doing or interested in discussing any of the following, feel free to add me:
Intermittent Fasting: I do 16/8 and have been fairly consistently for about 8 months now with good results.
Beginner Running: So far I've done a 5k and 8k. In 3 months I'm doing a 10k and in about a year I'm already signed up for my first half marathon. I should note that my main focus is strength training, and I only run once or twice a week.
Wendler's 5:3:1: I just switched over to this program about 3 weeks ago off of Stronglifts 5x5. I would love to hear people's opinions on the program as a whole and on good assistant exercises to use.
Cutting and Bulking: While I am not new to strength training in general, the details of cutting and bulking are fairly new to me. Currently I'm doing about a 300 calorie deficit per day cut and still seeing some slow strength gains in the process. I plan to switch into a bulk phase around February.
