Ingredients
1 box of Oreo Cookies (about 36 cookies)
¼ cup coconut oil*, at room temperature
Instructions
1. Combine the oreos and coconut oil in a food processor. Turn it on and let it run for at least 5 minutes. Scrape down the sides, and let it run again for at least 3 minutes, longer if you have the patience.
2. The food processor will heat up the coconut oil, making it very fluid: as your finished Oreo Cookie Butter cools, it will solidify more to the consistency of peanut butter. Store at room temperature.
Notes
*If you don’t like the taste of coconut oil, substitute vegetable oil, but use less as it will result in a runnier product.

I just saw it online an hour ago and haven't made it yet.
36 Oreos have 1,872 calories
1/4 cup (~55g) has ~496 calories
Total container has 2,367 calories, 288g carbs, 134g fat, 22g protein and, 11g fibre
To get calories per serving:
1. If the jar of butter weighs 1kg then 1kg has 2367 calories etc
2. To get nutrition info for 100g just divide all the number by 10 (so 236.7 calories etc)
3. Then just measure out a your serving and use MFP's
In theory, 36 cookies weigh 400g, so 400g + 55g = 455g
455g jar of oreo cookie butter has 2367 calories
A 45.5g serving contains:
236.7 calories
28.8g carbs
13.4g fat
2.2 protein0 -
