So, I'm a pretty healthy individual. Exercise every day from 40-60 minutes doing HIIT and circuit training. I love intense workouts and I eat a mostly paleo diet (because I like eating that way not for any 'magical diet' reasons.) I've been getting a little off track lately with my eating though and was wondering if anyone had any straight forward, easy, protein packed nutrition plans to help fuel my work outs but also kick some pounds to the side.
I'm 26, 5'5 and 135lbs
I'm not concerned with 'boring eating' because when I have a plan in front of me I can stick to it no problem. Just more curious as to what others have had great results with! I'm looking for something intense for about 2 weeks and the only limitation I have to give is no dairy as it causes skin and stomach problems for me (I'd prefer no grains either as like my mostly paleo ways)

I am currently obsessed with fried eggs over roasted sweet potatoes! So yummy. I also like throwing some chicken into a chopped salad of some sort with vinegar and oil and salt. Theclothesmakethegirl.com has some awesome recipes. Also, I can't remember the exact site, but Google Coconut Almond Dip. It's based on a recipe from The Clothes Make the Girl, and it is dynamite with veggies, and would also make a tasty sauce.
Chili is also a great way to get protein. Warming and comforting. You can do meat only to stay strict Paleo or add some beans too for more fiber and protein. Meatballs with a homemade sauce over spaghetti squash. If you want to go really intense, check out the Whole 30 program. I actually just finished one to try to break some bad habits. It wasn't as hard as I thought, and, like you, when I have "rules", I find it easier to stick to something. I don't. Necessarily think you have to give everything up forever, but it was an interesting experience.0 -

I actually have done the Whole 30 (but I did it during Lent so it was more like the Whole 40) - I liked it and that's how I got into Paleo! I'm looking for something a little more (or a lot more) rigid for an intense 2 weeks, but I'm definitely going out that site! Thank you!0
