Treadmill Question... Speed vs Incline

I've always done well losing weight using my treadmill and have recently picked it back up again. In the past, I always worked to increase my speed while walking, but have recently started to work with the incline on the treadmill.
So my question is... will I get better results trying to go faster or by using a higher incline?

What "results" are you looking for? If the question is which will help you lose weight, the answer is the one you will do consistently. Weight/fat loss comes from creating a caloric deficit. That is mostly dependent upon diet. Exercise can add to the deficit. Why not do both? One one day, the other the next, or do differing intervals in a workout out: run 5 minutes, walk at an incline for 5, lather, rinse, repeat. Also make sure to add in resistance training, log your food, and you'll see a loss.0

Weight loss is my primary goal right now, so I guess my question is which will create a bigger calorie burn.
I like the idea of alternating days between speed and incline. I'd definitely like to get faster as well. Still walking pretty slow right now.0
