Still trying to lose that 20 to 30 lbs, that I just can't seem to get rid up. Anyone else out there have that problem? I have been carrying the extra weigh for many years now, but I am sick up it and want to be rid of it. So, I am starting fresh again with my fitness in hopes of finally shedding these unwanted pounds. Last January I did lose 5lbs with this program, but stopped posting in the spring because I got sick of writing down all my food intake everyday.

I'm starting over and over again, too. I would like to lose 30-40 lbs. I am really trying for about 50-60, but right now would be thrilled to get down by 30-40 lbs. I have been carrying the extra weight and yo yo dieting for the last 18 years. Ever since I have had kids, I can't seem to lose the weight and keep it off for good. I joined MFP awhile ago, but am new to the message boards.

Yup. I'm starting over again too. I feel like this time it's really going to happen. Feel free to add me, I'm very motivated and check in every day. Good luck!

I am faily new at this. 3 weeks now, but boy am I seeing results!! Its amazing how much food I eat and writing logging all my food intake is really helping see this!!. I have this on my phone, tablet and computer, so there is no excuse not to.

I encourage you to try it again and commit to it. Excersizing is great, but it really needs to centered around the food you eat. I've never counted calories before, but so far, I like it!

    Best of luck!
