I'm back *again* and need to -135lbs

So i'm back again, some of you may remember me, most will not
was on here before and lost of couple of stone, around 25-30lbs
fell off the wagon and went back to junk foods and 3ltrs fizzy pop
Am going to do an Atkins Style diet, lower in carbs and higher in protein/fat - its hard to get used to at first but Induction is going to be difficult after all
no full fat coke or diet coke - switching to flavoured sparking water and then to plain water in time
no normal caffeine ladened coffee - decaff to start and then to nothing in time
Feel fre to add me as a friend

I am so glad you made it back...
I'm right there with you, starting back. I have 30-40 lbs to lose this time around. I had gotten about 20 lbs from goal and then let it all go. I have gained back 15lbs and am jumping back on the bandwagon!
I also have decided to try a low carb lifestyle...only a few days in but I'm feeling great so far!

If you already have a history of falling off the wagon, why are you choosing a dieting path that requires unsustainable food choices?0

Why be judgmental and assume that she cannot sustain on those food choices. I do everyday. I eat only about 5-15% carbs and the rest is protein. I am caffeine free, sugar free, and have kept my weight off.0

I've been away for months too and, during those months, I've gained 19 pounds! I haven't been controlling my food intake nor have I been exercising. I've let the stress of job situations and family member's health issues derail me. My fault entirely. I need to get serious about this...
To be at a perfect goal weight, I would need to loose 135 pounds, too. To feel much healthier and happier, I would be thrilled to loose about 50...and keep it off!0 -

OP, I know you aren't looking for it but the best piece of advice I ever received when I was starting out, again, was to just make sure I had a calorie deficit each day, regardless of what I consumed. This helped me greatly and in time, I was able to become more restrictive in my intake.

Welcome back. Take it slowly, change just a few things at the time as this is not a race.
