Would be interested to hear from anyone who has used a crossfit style workout routine and the gains they've made with it.

I don't do CF but some of my workouts are similar style, I guess you could say. I have seen improvement in my strength, endurance, and stability.0

I've been going to a crossfit gym since January. Some good friends of mine opened it and I was ready for a change! It has been amazing...the pounds have dropped as much as the inches and I'm SO much stronger! I would rather be stronger and slim than worry about the scale. I like that I don't have to come up with a workout plan. They do it for me and it varies! I was paying for a trainer before. Some say Cfit is expensive, but I look at the money I have saved not having a personal trainer!
