just starting

I am just starting with fitness pal. Broke my foot 2 1/2 months ago gained 7 pounds on top of the 30 I wanted to lose. just got out of walking boot so can't exercise much, hoping if I keep track of food can start to eat less.

    Welcome! MFP is a great place to help you track your food. You should add friends on here that way you can get some meal ideas since you're just focusing on diet right now. I log everyday. I sent you a friend request. Anyone feel free to add me!

    I have been logging in everyday it has really helped me keep track of what i'm eating. My daughter is doing myfitnesspal now too.
  • I've just begun as well. Seems overwhelming at first, right? I'm trying to begin by diligently checking in every day and remembering to write down what I eat for dinner/snacks! I remember to log my daily food, but not nightly. Good luck to you! I hope you meet your goals! :)
