calculating recipes

Hello! I am trying to figure out how to calculate all the nutrition information from different ingrediants to make a recipe. For example. I made a coconut haystacks and the recipe I found I was able to change things in it to be less calories and fat. If I add up all the infomation and divide by how many serviings it does not appear to look right such as no fiber, no vitamins, etc. I have tried to find things on the internet but have not had any good luck on this. Can someone help me please??????

I either use the Recipe tool on here or enter it into "Living Cookbook" on my PC.0
