Belly and Arms - Typical/Common

How do you get rid of your belly? What are good exercises for that? How many reps of what and how long should one do them to see results? That is mine (as I'm sure many others) biggest problem area. OH! And that whole "super flabby fat" under the arms, too. What are good exercises for that as well? Help would be much appreciated.

    All exercises burn fat, but no exercise targets fat from one particular area . For an explanation, Google "spot reduction myth".

    To shrink fat - from anywhere - eat the right number of calories, do any vigorous cardio exercise often, and follow a full-body strength training program (New Rules of Lifting, for example).

    Do you have access to a gym, or exercise equipment?
