This is my favorite hummus recipe. Enjoy!

4 cloves garlic, sliced
½ small onion, chopped
2 T extra virgin olive oil, plus 1 teaspoon
1-2 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained and liquid reserved
¼ c tahini
1 t soy sauce
1 t Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1 large lemon (or more, for taste)
1 t ground cumin
2 dashes hot sauce
½ t salt

Saute garlic and onion in 1 teaspoon of olive oil over medium heat until translucent. (Alternatively, skip this step and use a teaspoon of onion powder and a teaspoon of garlic powder.) Combine all ingredients and transfer to a food processor. Process until smooth. Season to taste with additional lemon juice and/or salt. If mixture is too dry, add reserved garbanzo bean liquid until consistency is creamy.

Sounds great, I will have to make this one soon. I have everything but the lemon.

Sounds good. I've got everything except the tahini. I need to go to the grocery anyways, but is there a substitute for it?

I have heard you can substitute peanut butter for the tahinni. (Gosh I know I spelled that wrong!)

You can use peanut butter but for me, the tahini is critical.
