so i've been taking quest bars, i've bought a few flavours and thought that the cookie dough flavour is kinda overrated. Just wanna know whats everyone's favourite flavour for those of you who are taking it?

    Cookie dough is by favorite. Microwave for 15 seconds and it's even better. Course, if you don't really care for it, that probably wouldn't help :)

    Quest bars are basically a protein bar for a snack/meal supplement based on your caloric needs. They are one of the few that are very low in carbs and relatively high in protein. It's the only one my nutritionist would actually recommend. They come in some great flavors and fill you up while satisfying the craving for sweets. At about $2 a bar on the average their not cheap but cheaper than many of the carb laden alternatives. They were running a holiday special at quest.com and they offer variety packs so you can sample several flavors.

    Quest Bars can be kinda pricey, GNC sometimes has an on-line sale, usually 30% off, that's where I get mine. So far I like the Lemon Pie, but I've only tried 3 flavors so far, will definitely try Apple Pie next time.

    I like the fruity ones way better than the chocolate ones. Right now, my favorites are Mixed Berry, Peanut Butter & Jelly, and Strawberry Cheesecake.
