I need friends! I need friends who will be nice, happy, active, yell at me when I haven't logged, and help me when this battle. I need friends who will give me pointers on exercise I can do at home without any equipment or buying dvds. I need friends who will not tell me I need to do this but say have you tried. Friend me please!

    Definitely! I am all about working from home. I think it requires more motivation to get off the couch and work out in your house/around your family, roommates, friends, whatever. I do Pop Pilates and in my diary you can see the YouTube videos I do and the time for it. It's hard, but a lot of fun and I'm in the middle of the second week and I already feel stronger and can do the videos without taking a ton of breaks like before.

    I just discovered Fitness Benders on You Tube. Free fitness videos! Different kinds - beginner and up, toning, etc. They seem well explained and few need equipment (unless its light weight dumbbells and you can improvise there).
  • I use youtube to find different exercise, and in the summer I walk a lot too. Looking for friends that will help me out on my long walk to lose weight and feel great about myself.

    To OP, you don't need to buy any dvd's. Youtube, bodybuilding.com, are good sources of excellent exercises which will help you to achieve your goal. :)
  • never in my life had I been active until 2 years ago. I was 240 lbs and decided enough was enough. I need Motivation, I would like others to get motivated. Its hard but its so worth it.
  • You came to the right place. We can definitely help you here. Set your mind to what you want and take it one day at a time. That is all it takes. You can do it!

    you can search the internet for workouts just using your body weight and that is all you need. i workout just at home. add me if you like.

    I'm not a huge worker-outer-from-home person, but I'm big on my food log stuff....even the stuff I don't want to log (lol my mcdonalds last night..wherpsies)
