Kind of excited re: food scale.

I literally NEVER thought I could say this, but for Christmas, I ordered myself a pocket food scale to carry with me to work, out to restaurants, etc. and holy cow, I'm so excited for it to come in.

Just thought I'd share!

    We have three food scales in the kitchen (because my husband is kind of a geek). Lol.

    When I got my food scale and my HRM, that was when I really felt like I was serious about changing my lifestyle! I was definitely excited about getting both!

    I love my kitchen scale. Still, 15 months into maintenance, almost 1000 days on MFP, and I use it several times a day. The nice thing about the kitchen scale is that it's taught me to eyeball portions with pretty good precision. I can't imagine whipping one out at a restaurant to weigh my steak or french fries.
