Wedgie-free workout undies?

So, what have you found to be the best undies to wear while working out for women? TMI, but I use just regular undies during my kickboxing sessions and they ride up my *kitten* constantly. It drives me nuts! I hate constantly yanking it out during class. I want wedgie free underwear made for working out. Any recommendations??? Going undies free is not an option.
Thanks for the help ladies!

Bumping as I am curious too!!0

I wear my regular undies0

I stopped wearing underpants years ago. I wash my pants or shorts after every workout, though.0

I wear compression capris/shorts or leggings. Commando. I don't know that there's a wedgie free option when you are doing squats.0

I go the thong route... but maybe you consider that just like a wedgie!0

haha.. no idea.. i am between sizes.. L too large M to small.. nothing works out for me.. *sigh* I have no idea how to get around that.. (I didn't even know you could be between sizes??? LOL)0

Be free as a bird... No undies-unless wearing little workout shorts-thongs (permy wedgie)0

Bumping....I find the ride-up or wedgie most annoying too, and would love any idea(s) other than not wearing undies0

Surely the only answer is none?0

Wedgies mean you at least have an *kitten*. Haven't see a flat butt get a wedgie yet. For some, spandex in commando works. Others wear thongs.

Thong... self inflicted wedgie that doesn't move lol
Or like others said, go commando.0 -
I can't even imagine the number of men lurking in this thread... LOL0

None. I stopped wearing underwear to work out ages ago. Compression bottoms washed after every trip to the gym do the job.0

ditto... only thing that works other than commando0 -

dat's how I roll.
I only ONLY use capris- and no issues.0 -
Definitely thong. It's much better when you choose the amount of material that your *kitten* will be eating, rather than let it go on a binge eating spree with granny panties. :bigsmile:0

I go commando.
Problem solved.0 -
I wear thongs... I don't like front wedgies either that come from going commando. :laugh:0

I normally just ditch the undies. However I do have some boy shorts from Champion I wear on mud runs and have never gotten a wedgie. They are moisture wicking and stay in place really well. Running, jumping, clumping, crawling.... Stay in place.0

I have two pairs of workout pants that are so old- they actually crease in the front- to my body... it's pretty embarassing- thankfully they are black so it isn't overwhelmingly noticable... but it's pretty bad- sometimes I'm really aware of it and it makes doing certain workouts hard .
I didn't think it was possible but it is... that's DEFINITELY a thing!!!
I don't like thongs because they tend to wear/rub right at the top in the back on my tail bone. It's really uncomfortable for me.0 -

These are the ones I mentioned in my post above0 -
I wear thongs most of the time. Despite the fact their ridiculously expensive, the lululemon ones are amazing.0
