what protein supplements?

I want a protein supplement that has NO soy in it. Every brand I have found always has some in it. I want an organic protein supplement. I’d rather get the protein from my food but is hard to stay under my calorie goal and still get 110g of protein. I want to cut out ALL gmo foods in my diet that is why I want organic protein. I would do whey protein but literally every brand I come across has some soy in it. Majority of soy beans are GMO so I want none of it in my protein supplement. I tried looking at some of friends on here but all of theirs contains some soy even if it’s just a small amount.

Look harder for Whey protein without soy......I haven't used one that ever had soy.0

what do you use?0 -
Neither have I - I just get whatever cheapest bulk isolate I can find and don't usually see soy listed as an ingredient. I've currently got MGN in my pantry.
Definitely not organic, though.0 -

Most contain some bit of soy lecithin.0

Look up Bluebonnet Whey Isolate.
Are you vegetarian? Honestly, grilled chicken breast is going to have nearly the same calorie/macro profile as a good, naturally-sweetened whey powder. So unless you just prefer to drink the shake (which I understand ... I really craved them when I first started drinking them, but now I prefer to eat more meat), then chicken or fish will help you get the protein you need while keeping your calories in check.
This is what the nutrition label on the Bluebonnet powder says:Other Ingredients: Undenatured whey protein isolate, natural vanilla flavor, non-GMO sunflower lecithin, MCT oil.
Contains: Milk
Free of egg, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and soybeans.
Also free of corn, yeast, gluten, barley, rice, and sugar.
Allergen Warning: Manufactured in a facility that processes products containing milk, eggs, soybeans, wheat, shellfish, fish oil, tree nuts and peanut flavor.0 -
Get the Pea Protein Isolate from bulknutrients.com!!!!
No soy
Tastes amazing!
You can also make delicious and extremely healthy muffins out of it (see my other post)0 -

This...I couldn't find one either...omitting Splenda was a much bigger issue for me so I went with Total Athlete from Vitamine Shoppe...it seemed to have fewer ingredients than most.0 -

no, i like meat but i don't always have the time to make chicken every night ( if I could I would) Im not a fan of fish though, unless its fried hah. Im happy to see that the product you listed is free of corn! That’s great, all corn is US is gmo corn unless it says organic. Thanks for the answer, im going to look more into this product !0 -

it is a concentrate so be aware it contains lactose. looks to contain artificial flavoring as well.
Here's some alternatives;

pea protein:

whey isolate with non-gmo soy lecithin sweetened with stevia:

Keep in mind not all proteins are created equal. They vary in Amino Acid profile and absorption rate. Pay attention to Leucine

Hemp powder.... 13grams protein in 100 calories...organic and high fiber....0

I've never seen whey protein with any soy in it...
Ideally try to get your protein from whole food sources. Protein doesn't magically have less calories in powder than in food, it's the same. Chicken breast is almost 100% protein, with very little fat in it.0 -

why not cook in bulk? make a weeks worth of chicken in one go....
110g of protein really isn't that hard to eat. HB some eggs. cook chicken in batches. pre cut meat into thin strips for a quick stir fry. make stuff in a slow cooker (curry, chilli, stew/casserole etc) and divide it up.0 -
I have one recommendation for you that is Sun Warrior's protein powder. its soy free, gluten free and all that good stuff. amazing amino acid profile and if any vegans out there are looking for protein powder, this is for you. but theres stevia in the vanilla and choc flavoured ones, if you hate stevia, get the original blend0

GNC Wheybolic Extreme 60 is super tasty, mixes easily (very important) and is soy-free. It also has one of the highest concentrations of Luceine in a powder, which is important for healthy muscle recovery. It's pretty affordable, too.
I would stay away from vegan (pea and rice) proteins. They're generally pretty grainy and 'earthy'-tasting. I tossed $65 in the trash, it was so bad.0 -
Arbonne has a good protein powder. It's vegan with no soy.
Also try Vega as it is the same.
Only downside is the more natural you go, more expensive it is.0 -

Crud. I didn't mean to be misleading. I had my husband check the ingredients and its *not* listed there, it is listed with the allergens, though, so I'm not really sure what to make of that.0 -

Yea, don't worry. I am checking a lot as well, cause frankly, I just didn't know that so many contained soy.0
