MFP friends!

Hello, everyone! I am not exactly new to MFP, however I have had plenty of fallouts. I am hoping you all will help keep me accountable, uplifted, and motivated because I want to do the same for you. Please add me if you'd like! It definitely is "easier" to log your food and exercise when you know you have community support. It takes a village! :)

A little bit about me:

I am a nurse and nurse educator (so the pressure is on when it comes to a healthy image--no patient wants to hear you speak about health when you are morbidly obese!)

I am about 4 lbs from being at my highest weight ever. This is terrifying. This is unacceptable.

I have 100+ lbs to lose, but I like to focus on small goals (and get myself little presents when I meet them :happy: ).

I follow a lacto-ovo vegetarian diet---trying to steer my focus to a strict vegetarian diet.

    The "it takes a village" thing is almost a cliché, but I'm beginning to realise that here, in MFP, it actually means something. Our diet goals are different (I'm doing keto/paleo), but I'll cheer you on anyway. Friend request incoming... :smile:
