    24 y/o
    5' 3.5"
    Current weight: 129 lbs
    UK size 10 on top, and 12 for trousers (US 8 on top and 10 on bottom)
    Current bf% (or so my scales claim): 32%

    "Target" weight: 119 lbs?
    Target bf%: less than 32! :D

    I'm actually pretty happy with my size/weight at the mo (my BMI is currently 22.5-23.5 depending on whether you go by the 'new' or 'original' BMI calculations, well within 'healthy') but I'd like to bring my bf% down and tone up (feeling a bit flabby at the mo, lifestyle is pretty sedentary!) and I figure the best way to do that is to drop a few pounds and get some more exercise :)

    GW - 130-140, depending on BF% which is my real concern.

    Im 5' 5". My weight goal is 125, and measuements of 34-24-34.
    Currently, Im 205. Ive platueaued off and regained some of what i had lost. EEEK! Im not happy.

    I was at a nice 120 or so when I went to Japan for 3 months, but I didn't worry about diet and ended up gaining about 18lbs. I've lost about 8 of that but want to be back at 120. The last 10 lbs are really hard to lose though. :<

    I'm 5'5'' and as with most ladies between 5' - 5'5'' even a couple of pounds up or down seem to really show for better (or many times worse) :)

    I wear a size 10 in most jeans (I do like them tight, but not muffin top tight), a size 6 or 8 in dresses that have the right lines to them...most of my weight is in the hips, butt and thighs.
    Goal stats: ummm 36-24-36 :) Dunno what my measurements will be when i get down, but I won't lose much more in the boobs. I figure I'll be about a size 6 when i get down to 135. I have a larger frame (6.75 inch wrists).

    oh and i started out over a year ago at 207. with 42-38-50 measurements

    I did a lot cardio & strength training to get flat belly. NOT easy being a mum with 3kids..n at age 32 :S

    I am 62 so taking off weight is likely to take a bit more work. I haven't taken my measurements as I go by how my clothes feel. I am a "rectangle" shape and even at 115# in high school, I did not have a waist. My biggest goal is to improve as I age and get healthier in general. I am setting specific goals at the gym so that I can build muscle and improve balance. The weight training will also help me keep healthy bones. When I was at 145#, I was not truly healthy since I was not working out but I felt best at that weight as far as stress on joints.

    As you can tell, I've not been very serious about weight loss since I first joined MFP. That is changing!!

    (I'm currently breastfeeding, but bust size is somewhere between 35 and 38)

    Goal Weight: 125 (though I'm going to stop if I hit a place where I feel very healthy)
    No good sense of my goal measurements, but I am hoping to get into an xs/s again.

    for 5'2" 5'3" size 0 -2 is a very good size. I was there for a long time. I am middle aged now so size zero isn't realistic I don't think but I am going for size 2-4.. I always felt pretty pudgy at 4 and downright Fat at 6 (I'd LOVE to be a six now LOL)

    38-32-39 currently I don't remember what my measurements were when I was last at that weight. but whatever that was. I DO expect to lose my boobs. I was a 32 b for the longest time. I'm currently a 36 dd.. that can't last. LOL.

    I am not sure if my current chest measurement is correct or not. that's a really hard one to take yourself.

    My apologies for interjecting my opinion but don't you think 98 lbs is too low for you height. I'm pretty sure that's below the normal BMI range and well within the underweight range. I'm Asian too but more like Pacific Islander in built. If you are really small frame you can feel pudgy at a normal weight. The solution is usually toning, lifting, and working out instead of losing more weight. The reason you feel pudgy might be because your body fat percentage is high even at a normal weight. Working out hard would change your body comp and lower down your body fat percentage.

    I have no idea what size that will be. I don't want to be super tiny but a 6 sounds nice to be just because it's my favorite number.


    I've been this height for ten years and I used to be 113 pounds but then I managed to gain 50 pounds in five months. Yikes. Haven't quite lost much of it yet. But today I'm starting.

  • I ummmmed and arghhhhed about posting because so moany of the posts were for women who wanted to be very slim or who already are very slim and that feels a bit inimidating (I have no idea why!) I've never been slim, I've always been curvy and sporty and that works for me and there has to be other women that it works for too?!?

    I am 5 foot 4.5 inches (the 0.5 matters!!!) I'd like to be around 155-160lb.

    Mostly though I'd just like to have toned arms and to lose some of my tummy... my weight is less important to me than how I feel about myself and how my clothes look on me.

    I pay NO attention to BMI's in my humble opinion they are codswallop!!!!!

    Starting weight was 155, now 14-something. GW of 120 or thereabouts. I've been at 99/100 and I looked sick so around 120 would be good.

    164cm. Previously 107 32.5- 25- 33 (thighs 18.25)

    Stopped logging for 3 months, started bio-identical hormone therapy and ate to hunger. Now 109-110 33-25-34 (thighs 19). Trying to gain muscle and reduce the inches gained so I don't have to buy new jeans :)
