I'm 5'8 (kinda tall-ish). Another 29 to go until goal for me.

I'm 5'6" does that count? I've never been considered 'short' by any standards. I've lost 28 pounds already and still have about that to go (yay for half way!).

Pounds? Why dont Americans get with the rest of the world and start using kilos instead? Or is it because its easier to lose a pound than a kilo?

Just under 6' and trying to balance weight loss with not wanting to like like a dinosaur skeleton! I want to lose weight still from thights and hips but the old collar bones are getting a bit promenant.

Yes pounds are easier to lose than kilos. At 5'10" wanting to lose 20 pounds, I think I will take your advice and switch to kilos as 9.071848 kilos sounds so much better than 20 pounds.

6' and needing to lose about 40 pounds.
  • I'm in the same boat my friend! I am 5'9 1/2 and trying to lose the last 10-15 lbs from my pregnancy. Not easy to do. I work out and eat right (so I think anyway) and it's an uphill battle! I figure if I monitor everything I put in my mouth for the next bit I will be able to see what the problem might be...
  • I am 5' 11" and I have about 10-15 more to lose. Feel free to add me if you like! :)

I'm 5'10". I'm trying to lose in increments of 10 as I've struggled with losing the last 30 for a couple years (OK I wasn't trying so hard then).

I'm looking to lose 30-40 pounds total
