new at this!

just started a 1200 calorie diet yesterday!! I'm very serious about it! just need any advice!! .. Been having a hard time finding good things to eat.. I have a feeling im going to get burnt out on boiled eggs, salad .. blah. what about tuna fish? ugh.

    I know what you mean.I 'm on day 3. I have a bad sweet tooth and trying to fix that and find food under my limit is hard. I've been doing a lot of just eating single servings and measuring them out. its made me realize just how much I overeat. keep it up you can make it through. just keep thinking about how good your going to feel when you make your goal

    Move a little more eat and some of your exercise calories its not rocket science you can eat what you like so long as you create a deficit then you will lose weight!
