Calling all you late night munchers

Staying up late is my big problem, eventually I'll get hungry or bored & raid the cupboards or the fridge. For a long time when I started MFP I had a will of steel, when my diary finished it stayed finished. Recently I've been slacking & I have a face full of rubbish by the witching hour. Cheese, bread & biscuits(cookies) my vices.

I do this famously on vacations and weekends. I worked the straight midnight shift for 10 years, so it took me a while to adjust to new meal times.
I know I do this, so I tend not to eat earlier in the day, and try to save my calories for later on. When it seems I'll continue to keep eatting even after a snack, even when I'm not hungry (out of boredom, habit, etc), I know the only way to stop right now is to take my butt to bed.0 -

Cheese and bread are my downfall! I snack sometimes at night but now try really hard to have it be light, like fruit, or maybe some warm milk. Last night, I had some yogurt. It's definitely a challenge for me if I'm up past 9.0
