BCAA
Probiotics
Spirulini
5 HTP

    I drink Shakeology every day and LOVE IT. it stops the bloating and water weight, helps curb sugar cravings and is the healthiest thing you could put in your body! changed the game for me!

    My whey has added BCAAs(or it's just naturally full of them). It does seem to help muscle recovery from weightlifting, but it may just be confirmation bias. I wasn't recording how I felt and It's hard to say whether I'm more or less sore from one week to the next.

    Thanks. Was hoping to get more feedback about supplements. I drink a whey protein already.
