Getting Closer To My Goal!

Started my journey at 235 pounds. And believe me, I tried everything, from curves, to LA weightloss. I even went to a regular gym but had no idea what I was doing. I gave up and restarted over and over again. Getting frustrated if I didn't see results in the matter of a few days!

That was quite awhile ago now. It took a lot of patience and motivation for me to get to where I am today.

I don't do clean eating, I work out 4-6 times a week, and I don't eat my exercise calories back!

This past summer I hit a plateau for a few months where I was constantly staying around 185 pounds. It was frustrating!

But now I have broken through that plateau and I'm down inches, and into the 170s!! Less than 20 pounds to go to get to where I want to be. And only 2 dress sizes away as well!

I've changed my routine as now I have a home gym, and heres a comparison pic from August until this week!
