Anyone else use a FitBit? I don't know where to log my food once I get mine.. here or on the FitBit site? Opinions?

I don't want to leave MFP or the awesome people.. so I think I might have to double log to get accurate readings for my new FitBIt Force..

Log food here. It will sync over to the fitbit site if you have them linked.

Exercise - chose one and log it there each time. It will sync to the other site. I always logged it here.

Fitbit and MFP can be synced. Look at your Apps.

I log everything on MFP. When I go to the gym and use my Polar HRM, I log it into MFP and it will sync that burn into the time frame on my Fitbit.

Click on the APPS tab, click on FitBit Tracker, click on Connect Accounts...
  • Choose one site to log on. I have a FitBit and log everything on MFP. At first I tried logging food on MFP (bigger database of foods) and my exercise on the FitBit website. It screwed up my calculations and ended up having me burn 4000 calories a day. The sync works great!
