I was going so well with clean eating and eating hardly any calories
but last week i got ill and since then i have been eating terribly such as chocolate blocks, packets of biscuits
how can i get back on track

I also have been sick (walking pneumonia) and just made sure that there is plenty of healthy and easy foods around the house. Lots of fruit (apples, bananas, grapes, etc), whole grains, etc. I made sure to limit the number of easy, bad foods in the house. A big one for us was pop tarts, bagels, chocolate...at least until I get back on track and in the right frame of mind.0

Make yourself a meal plan for the week, prep your food and stick to it for the week.
I'd also ask the question of what you mean by "eating hardly any calories"?! Your body needs 'em!0 -
I like to eat 600 or less calories per day.0

If you were only eating 600 a day, that really is why. That causes binging, because your body starts screaming for food!0

Why would you want to eat 600 calories or less a day? As many people above have said, it's unhealthy and most likely the reason you got sick, also the reason you can't stop eating now, too.
If you can't make yourself get the help through support, links or the like, go talk to your doctor and get some professional help. Healthy and fit is always the goal!

But at the movement i eating into the 1000
