...Sugar?

Options
I have noticed I always seem to go over my daily sugar limit. MFP limits me at 25 grams of sugar a day and usually it's fruit that puts me over. Is this a problem? I don't eat TONS of fruit (probably around 2 or 3 (at the most) servings a day) so I don't think it particularly is.

Any help, guys?

Sugar doesn't matter. It's a carb. You're much better off tracking fiber instead of sugar, and keep your total carbs in line.

Only a problem if you have some kind of medical disorder. Otherwise, it's just a carb.

A banana and yogurt alone puts me over my sugar. God forbid I have two pieces of fruit. Just watch where the sugars are coming from... muffins, donuts, candy, etc...

I noticed that too. I just ignore it, as long as I know I'm eating healthily.

Yeah I actually switched from tracking sugar to tracking protein. As others have said, watch where it comes from. Fruit is better for sugar than a cookie for several reasons.

This. I'm diabetic, and I just track carbs.
