Hi everyone :)

Hope you are all well and making your goals :) I am new here :) A bit about me... i'm 27 (will be 28 in January) student from scotland, UK with a 6 year old son. I have been over weight since pregnancy and pregnancy started a lot of major health issues for me. It has taken the NHS 6 years to figure out what is wrong but as of last Wednesday they finally found out. So I am aiming on losing 3 stone initially but also trying to increase my fiber intake as well :) Ohh and also improve my general health by exercising a bit more!! I think this will really help me :)
