I`ve re-started on December 1st, at a weight of 215. Now, 13 days later, I'm 206. I eat 1800 cal/day and exercice 30 minutes per day.
I KNOW it`s water weight and I was wondering when I can expect to see the real thing quick in. I mean, I LOVE to see this number go down so fast because it`s a big high, very motivating, but I know it will have to settle down at 1-2 pounds/week at some point to be healthy. From your own experience, when can I expect that to happen? Couple more weeks? I feel like I am having a ``free pass`` at the moment.

I've had a similar experience as you in that I've lost around 8lbs over three weeks... it's now plateaued, unfortunately. In my experience thus far I'll go for many days without seeing a loss or even gaining a lb, but I just continue exercising most days and logging every day and hopefully will reach my target goal by March or so - slow and steady wins the race!0

For me it was 6 lbs in the first 10 days and then very slow after that.0

Can really depend on a lot of things. How heavy you start out, how many carbs you are eating are two big factors. Its sounds like you are on the right track and not all of your weight loss so far has been only water.
Water weight is lost through sweating and breathing and also lost when we use glycogen stores for energy. But you do not have to deplete glycogen stores before you start losing body fat. Glycogen can be used and replenished even while in a deficit.0 -
For me it was 2 weeks. I started at 266 (Now 210) and I lost 17lbs in 2 weeks. It then slowed down to 2 per week after that.
Well done BUT the hard work starts now
Keep going and become whoever you want to be!!0 -
