Hi I'm new and I have a long road ahead of me, I've been on this road on my own for 3 weeks and somehow manage to loss 30 pounds but its not over, I have a ways to go. I'm looking for all the support I can get, "PLEASE HELP"

    Welcome to the club. This site is amazing. The people on here are so supportive and motivating. I have been at this for almost 4 months now and I have dropped 23 lbs and 25.5 inches. This has now become an everyday part of my life. Good luck on your journey.
