need help :(

Hello! so i really need some advice! I am a young active girl and I work out every day and always feel great leaving the gym. I have very healthy diet and eat all natural foods and I have done so much research, so I know what and whatnot to eat. When I first started to lose weight I was so strict and could say no to sweets, but I can't live like that forever, so I started to let myself enjoy a cheat meal on the weekends. BUT it's so hard on the weekends to only have one cheat meal, so I usually have another. I haven't gained weight from this, but i know it is holding me back from losing the last 2 or 3 pounds!!
I just want to be able to relax after my cheat meal, and not feel bad about it, and also not over do it on the weekends so i can lose the last few pounds and feel good about myself.
ANY ADVICE???

Honestly, it doesn't matter unless you go over your calories. So maybe work the snacks into your week's calories instead (having a cheat meal might just trigger more cravings for you) in order to feel more satisfied? If you're in a caloric deficit, you should lose just fine!0

Yea, I know I am going over 1600 but not over enough to gain weight. But its making the last few pounds come off slow. I do allow stuff incorporated during the week, like a small portion of dark chocolate, but I am scared to incorporate something really bad like ice-cream because I know I will tell myself I have already eaten something bad so why not just make today a cheat day. My family just loves sweets so its in my blood haha0

The last few pounds WILL be slowest to come off, but don't worry. (you look really good already, by the way). I really think it's worth trying to incorporate those snacks. At the very least it should develop your willpower, no?
Also, if you work out a little bit more, it gives you a little more wiggle room with snacks as you can earn the calories to eat more. Might help? Good luck.0
