Two month progress - 18 lbs down; PICTURE!

Hello everyone! I started my weight loss approximately to months ago. October 16th VS December 15th
So proud of what i've accomplished so far:) let me know if u have any questions!!

I have lost 18 lbs during these two months...SW: 166 lbs. CW: 148 lbs.

  • thank u guys :) it means a lot...i just weighed myself...i am 145 lbs now..148 lbs was measured two weeks ago. So that makes it a total loss of 21 lbs:)

  • OK, my inbox is full of msgs people asking how i did it:....there is no magic pill:

    1200-1400 healthy calories a day..depends on how much i work out but usually 30-45 min brisk walk 5 times a week plus some strength training like plank, situps, pushups, crunches...and heaps of water..

  • When did you start to see results. I'm on week 2, 45 min to 60 min of workout, eating 1200 calories a day and only lost 2 lbs, I'm discouraged.
