    I can really relate with you here. I been depressed. I haven't had a job in year and half, and I havent been active at all. I haven't been exercising..I was at my lowest 103lbs at 5'8, and thats because i was starving myself. that was 3-4 years ago, then I got diagnosed with Bipolar and started taking Medicine within couple months I gained a ton of weight, I have gained 75+ lbs..I ashamed of myself and how i look, I have never hard time going out, my self-esteem is soo low. I always get compliments today how great I look, but I dont believe them at all, I feel horrible. I appreciate this, because if you can do it, I can too. Thanks for your inspiration
