Anyone go through craving cycles?

I am going through a crazy time right now! I've been doing so well but the last week has been nuts! I've wanted junk food left and right. Cookies! Chips! Rich food! And no, it's not my TOM. But I've missed two of those (no, not pregnant verified with blood test at doctor). I only have 7lbs to go and I feel like I'm blowing it this week. Of course this is also the week we are having a bunch of work done on the house and navigating to the kitchen is tough.

Anyone else cycle this way? I'm craving an apple now so maybe I am cycling back? :)

    I have cravings every time of the month... and when I'm stressed out... ;)
  • Are you okay on your vitamin and mineral levels? This can sometimes be neglected when dieting. I would include a reasonable portion of a craved substance into my calorie allowance, if it became too distracting. Best wishes for the final seven pounds ;) Oh, and my cravings are around alcohol. When I'm tired I sometimes give in and it usually sets me back a bit. I might try one day a week when I just have whatever I want and log nothing...
