My goal today is to drink my 8 8oz waters.
No snack foods
Maybe subway again for lunch? I had it yesterday and it was awesome.

    I'm going to do an hour of strength training and and hour of cardio at the gym!

    Then I have to stay in tonight and get lots of reading done for my project...and NOT snack all night (and late at night) while I'm at it! That's what's been killing me lately. I stay within my calorie limit, but it's all late night snacking which I feel so guilty about!

    My goals today--
    Walk 2 miles + BL Power Sculpt Level 2--->DONE
    Drink loads of water
    Push ups
    Cookout tonight with friends---there will be good food choices (grilled fish, salad, potatoes)
    Limit alcohol to 2 beers at cookout.... yeah right! :)

    I am hoping to get the dishes done today...and have my husband make sushi for dinner. LOL

    To get rid of my kids and get to the concert....on time!! And eat more mush, have had no problems staying within my calories this week!

    Drink LOTS of extra water!!! I'm going out tonight for a friends 21st and on a party bus taking us to and from the bars! Disaster waiting to happen...but not going to keep me from having fun! SO...drinking TONS of water and working out extra hard tomorrow!!!!:wink:

    Not over eat tonight and make smart choices at the Cancer Relay For Life walk dinner. So many options out there. Ice Cream, nachos, pizza, hot dogs, chips, pop.. goes on and on.. I never see frozen yogurt, or turkey burgers. Oh well it is one day right? :ohwell: :noway: Hopefully this year they have added some smarter healthier options. If not the 1 hour around and around the track should count for something? How many laps is a mile?

    im going to do my do my work out at home tonight, clean my house put the kids to bed early and try to be lazy for once by catch up on all the show i have recorded on my DVR...........................woo hoo
