Hi All,
I just joined and looking for some friends/Support through my weight loss. I have been a yo-yo-er for a long time and getting annoyed with it. I do work out 2-3 times a week and looking to up that. I do have insanity and planning on starting that again. Food is my weakness. I tend to eat a lot more than needed and during the holiday time is a complete struggle. Feel free to add! Would love to discuss anything and everything.

Hi! The holidays are great but I've already been trying to figure out how to not go overboard on all the great treats too! We'll get through it though Want to hear more about Insanity too....never tried it before but may put it on my list for down the road.

Hi! I'm a yo-yo-er as well, but I decided that this time I was going to stick with it. Going a month strong! Even survived Thanksgiving with out gaining any weight back ... which is a first woohoo!!! I'm Meagen, 5'3", 70-80 pounds to lose, & am 23 years old. I currently weigh 213 and am looking at hitting 135-145 within the next year (hopefully). I could definitely use some more upbeat & my-age girlies on my news feed as well!

Hello!
I'm Krystal and I am 26. I'm a single mom of a 4 year old boy. I have blamed the 20+ pounds of weight gain in the past 4 years on my son. No more blaming. It's time to take responsible for my eating habits. Just added my food for the first time and after looking at it I almost cried. That was nuts. Will definitely not be eating like that tomorrow.
