All of you guys are awesome for running today. I plan to do that in 2011.
  • I am training a 5K right now -- this mornings was 41:45. I have been sick all week and didn't exercise, so I am really grateful that I am back on the horse.

Great job! How motivational! I'm training for my 5K, which is on Thanksgiving. Can't quite run 3 miles yet, but I bumped it up to 2.5 miles able to be accomplished without stopping running! I'm gonna do it, guys!

Awesome! I signed up for my first one in December! Right now I can run a 5k in 33 minutes but I'm not happy with that. I really want to get under 30 minutes! Anyone have any tips?

swanny320, just keep racing your time! That is the way I trained myself before I got out of shape from havin babies.

Congratulations to every one and their running success! I ran my 1st today. 37.51 minutes. I did all my training on the treadmill and this race was on a hilly, twisting, turning mountain biking trail and it was in the low 30's (brrrr). I am very satisfied with my time. It is a few minutes more than my treadmill time.
  • Wow .....you r doing great...keep up the good work...My name is Donna , I just got on here and am checking things out...
