what I learned from my first run ever

I went for a run around my block (Thanks for the ispiration Jody!) with my Lhasa Apso Louis and it was an exhilirating learning experience! Here is what I learned...
1) Boy dogs are not good running partners. I would have been home in under ten minutes if Sir. Louis did not need to pee on every pole and bush we pass.
2) Don't forget to put your sports bra on. It is hard to run when you are worried about knocking yourself out with your own boob.
3) Don't run on a main street during after school pick up hours. Kids are mean and their parents pretty much suck too.
4) It is beautiful outside!
5) I like running!:happy:
