Okay goal?

So I just started yesterday and was wondering if this is an okay goal. I would like to take in a total of 1200 calories every day. This includes calories burned from exercise since I work out every day. I do cardio and weight lifting.
I use the MFP app so that automatically shows me how much more I can eat every day after exercise.
I would like to lose 25lbs in about 4-6 months.

I think there is a misunderstanding here - is your intent to net 1200 calories eat 1200 calories regardless of how much you exercise?

    The latter would be bad.

Ultimately you might lose weight in the beginning; but you won't be doing yourself any justice. You're going to get hungry! If you're working out...you have to eat more! I think a lot people fail to realize that just because you have 1200 calories left over at the end of the day... YOUR BODY IS HUNGRY!

If you lift, you won't see the results you want without giving your body the protein it needs. Trust me I've tried this method before; I was starving.

Hi Brittaney, I checked your diary back from the days you have been logging...well done for logging, your diary is the best thing to help you for sure.

You seem to be keeping on top of it all. Remember that the 1200 cals a day is before you have added exercise, which it seems you are only a little bit short of.

What helped me was planning my day the night before, and then using those exercise cals to add a little more.

Good luck, there is no reason why you should not reach your goal if you carry on eating sensibly x

    How much do you weigh?

The time frame you state is very achievable for 16-24 weeks yes depending on a few things. What cardio are you doing and to what intensity? Are you lifting? Do you understand the concept of eating back (Either all or a % of your exercise calories?)
