Hi everybody!
I am french so i don't really eat the same food as american or english people but i'd like your advice on my macros (defined by IIFYM)
goals : fat (40g), carbs (178g), proteins (89g)
Are they ok? I'd like to be more lean so i need to eat more proteins but my problem is that I hardly get to 60-70g of protein a day (I live with my parents so there is not much meat to eat) How can eat more protein without going with skakes or bars or chicken breasts? Are there other foods filled with protein?
Thank you for your advice!

No one will be able to answer this without your height, weight and goals.0

Oh sorry for that lol
I am 1,51m and about 51 kg and my goal would be to reach 48 or 49 kg but that's not very important to me (sorry for the metric figures, i don't know the imperial system)0 -

there are plenty of other things with protein in apart from chicken... cheese, particularly cottage cheese, eggs, other dairy like greek yoghurt, pork, beef, fish - white fish is high protein and low cal, beans....0 -
As for your macros, I can't say anything for sure as I there isn't enough information. However, in regards to increased protein intake. I would advise you simply google high protein foods. You'll get a much better list of foods and can rummage through to find what you like.

Ok thanks, no cottage cheese, greek yogurt are full of fat here but i could do with the rest. As I eat with my parents, it's hard for them to understand my lifestyle change
Thanks for the links!!0 -
Only because I have to, but is cottage cheese and greek yogurt different in France then in America? Not sure if i'm just ignorant. But generally, dairy fat is fine. So long as you maintain a caloric deficit, you will lose weight. And even if you are trying to maintain or bulk, it wouldn't make a difference so long as you meet your micro/macro nutrients.
Just my 2 pennies0
