I make a chocolate cake mix with diet cola. Nothing else, no eggs, no oil. I put it in cupcake baking cups. They are great!

Is super yummy. OMG! I found this on Pinterest. One box of Devils Food cake mix, 1 cup of water and one cup of plain non-fat greek yogurt. Mix it all up, batter is super thick and not that easy to deal with. Spray your pan and spread it out as evenly as possible, bake until toothpick comes out clean (check it about five minutes less than what the box calls for).
It's soooo good. My kids devoured it...They didn't notice any difference than a regular eggs and oil cake.
1 serving is 1/12 of the cake, 180 calories, 3.259 fat, 306 mg sodium, 34.5g carbs, 20g sugar, 3.5g protein.
This will well satisfy any sweet tooth!

Add some protein powder and fiber and it will be rocking!!!

    bump this for later.
  • And yet another way to use Greek yogurt! Thanx. I use it quite often as a substitute for sour cream. I have a couple of picky eaters in my life, and have never bothered to tell them about the switch. And they don't even notice. My private win.
