Hello All!
There are a lot of posts about Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred DVD....I am on Day 5 today, and LOVING the program! I am going to take a look at Level 2 today!
I am interested in hearing from others who have using the program.....Likes, dislikes, thoughts, progress, success stories, etc. Please let me know your thoughts and esp. your success stories! I am definitely getting stronger through her DVDs (I also use the Yoga Melt Down).
Thanks Everyone!

Hi - I love the shred too - I've moved onto level 2 now after 7 goes on level 1 as I got used to it pretty quickly. The only thing I thought she was missing from level 1 is a good calf stretch. i always have to do extra calf stretches as hers are too quick.0

I bought it but haven't really used it too much because i'm in an apartment and feel bad about jumping on top of my neighbors place! I think i'm going to just watch it one day and then do all the cardio part outside so i don't annoy my neighbors...but it kicked my butt when i did it!0

I am starting today at level 1!
good luck guys!

I really like it. I love the mix of strength and cardio. The only thing I don't like is that Jillian constantly talks. But I am at the point where I have done it enough, so I can shut the sound off and crank up my own music  I didn't do it as a 30 day program or anything. I do it 3-4 times a week, and I stayed on Level 1 for a long time, just doing a little of Level 2 every once in a while. Now Level 1 is easy, so I know its time to move on. Did Level 2 today, and I feel great. And I love how much tone my arms have! I really recommend her No More Trouble Zones workout. It takes 40 minutes, but it's awesome!0

What is the "No More Trouble Zones" like, Panda86? I haven't seen that one.....I would like a bit longer workout.0 -
Well, I moved on to Level 2 this morning....(Day 5). It is significantly harder than Level 1 (which makes sense), but a huge amount of shoulder and upper body work. The ab work is awesome and the aerobic portion is just plain fun! LOVED it!0

No more trouble zones is a little different from 30 day shred, it is put into different sections if you just want core or upper body exerices or you can do all sections in one go, it is about 45 mins long and is more intense then 30 day shred IMO, lots of plank exercises on her core exercise, but you will see results, after two wks of 30 day shred i lost an inch and a half off my waist!0 -
LOVING IT! Just finished Day 3 and amazingly I can already feel a change...I plan on doing a full week at level 1, then moving onto Level 2...The only thing I DO NOT like about it, is that it goes against everything I have learned. Being that, you should not work the SAME muscle groups every day. BUT, I figure it's not an extended period of time so it's okay...after my 30 days I plan on using it still, mixing up the levels for some spunk! Thanks Sporty for the great recommendation of an awesome DVD!0
