I made one of these ages ago, but would quit and then resume with my dieting. Im sticking to it this time and i am going to need all the help i can get, especially since I'm doing insanity.

    I'm new to the site and have no idea what I'm doing lol. I could use some help and support with navigating this site and my weight loss. I've managed to lose 90lbs in 5 months all on my own but now I think I need some support. Interested in helping me out?
