Frozen Pizza

Anyone know of any lower carb frozen pizzas?

    I make my own with whole grain tortilla shells and freeze them.

    Someone posted a pizza recipe the other day, made with whole grain lite English muffins, no sugar added sauce (or some other), low fat cheese, and turkey sausage and pepperoni. They were only like 150 calories per 1/2 muffin.

    ive heard of tortilla pizzas. never tried them but sound like a tasty alternative.

    After seeing how many calories are in a slice of take out pizza I've decided to just buy Lean Cuisine or Weight Watchers if I want to eat pizza. If I have take out pizza in my house for my family I know I won't have 1 slice...... sorry I'm human.
